Work is progressing very well on our build in Clonmel, Co Tipperary. Our client opted for our Precision300® wall system of closed panels which offer rapid means of achieving exceptional results on site. The twin wall is constructed from 140x38mm preservative treated structural timber twinned with an 89x38mm preservative treated structural timber incorporating an insulated cavity between the two walls, which greatly reduces thermal bridging. 

High density quilt insulation can then be site fitted within the service batten area to achieve even better energy efficiency. This range allows for the fitting of services once the timber frame is erected greatly reducing the build time whilst also giving peace of mind that the timber frame walls are constructed under a factory controlled quality system. The result is an exceptional U-Value of 0.13.
