Maintenance Technician

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cork, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of specialist timber frame manufacturing machinery in a busy production environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician with a strong mechanical background who wants a stable role, structured shift work, and the chance to develop further (full training provided).
What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Assisting with breakdown repairs and fault finding
• Supporting machinery set-up, adjustments and mechanical alignment
• Updating maintenance logs and documentation
• Working safely at all times and following safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
• Mechanical / Maintenance qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing / production maintenance is an advantage
• Good practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Strong safety awareness and a reliable attitude
• Comfortable working in a shift-based role
