Cygnum’s approach from early design stage to Manufacturing and Installation was faultless. The technical team had a very wide knowledge base which we found very good considering it was our first-time using timber frame. The erection crews on-site were very professional. We couldn’t fault them, we felt we were in a safe pair of hands.
