Great to see progress of our Passivhaus units on site and being erected at GoldSmith Street, Norwich. We were delighted to be part of the team who delivered Norwich City Council’s first Passivhaus housing development, Hansard Close earlier this year. Goldsmith Street will be the region’s largest Passivhaus development and marks the continuing commitment from Norwich city council to provide low energy social housing. The 105 units feature a mix of one, two, three and four bedroomed properties, designed by award winning architects Mikhail Riches.
