It was a pleasure to welcome An Taoiseach Micheál Martin to Cygnum to officially open the new extension to our manufacturing facility.

This expansion marks a significant milestone for Cygnum, increasing production capacity from approximately 1,400 to 2,500 housing units per year. It represents a major step forward in supporting the delivery of high-quality homes across Ireland and responding to growing demand.

We were also delighted to be joined by invited guests from Enterprise Ireland and the Construction Industry Federation (CIF),whose continued support plays a vital role in the advancement of the sector.

Following the recent acquisition of Cygnum by the Chadwicks Group, it was a privilege to welcome Patrick Atkinson CDir, Chief Executive of Chadwicks Group, and John Paul O’Reilly, Managing Director of the Specialist Products Division, to mark this important occasion.

A proud day for everyone involved, and an exciting chapter ahead as we continue to grow, innovate, and contribute to Ireland’s housing delivery.
