We’ve recently introduced our Safety Observation Awards at Cygnum to recognise team members who take the time to look out for their colleagues and help make our workplace safer.

Our first award goes to Antoni for his great safety observation and commitment to keeping his colleagues safe.

Well done, Antoni, and thank you for helping us build a strong safety culture at Cygnum. 👏

See it. Say it. Fix it.
