Over 120 Cygnum employees past and present came together recently to celebrate 20 years in business.  The 20 year anniversary marks an important milestone for the company which has seen many highlights such as opening it’s state of the art manufacturing facility in 2005. In 2007 further expansion and a focus on improving our service to clients in the UK saw us open an office in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

In 2011, we built one of the UK’s first Passivhaus registered schools in Wolverhampton. This enabled us to develop a technical engineering and design department who are constantly driven to find ways of improving existing products and use cutting-edge solutions to exceed our clients requirements.

In 2016 Cygnum was presented with no less than 5 awards at the Structural Timber Awards. Plans are now afoot to extend the manufacturing facility to house new state of the art machinery to meet the demand of the growing housing market.

Managing Director John Desmond took the opportunity to thank all of his team, many of whom have been with the company since it’s inception in 1997.
